Business Operations for Aventura and North Miami-Dade Business Owners

Aventura is home base. My home office is here, and so is OpsPal, the studio I founded to build the systems I design.

Businesses around here run on relationships: a referral from a past client, a call from a neighbor, a partner who sends someone over.

That works until the volume outgrows the owner’s memory.

When leads sit, the CRM drifts from reality, and every question still comes back to you, the business does not need more hustle. It needs an operating system.

20-minute call. We'll identify the biggest system, sales, CRM, or follow-up leak and point you to the right next step.

Why Aventura businesses need cleaner systems

Most businesses here are not short on demand.

They are short on a system that catches it.

  • A past client refers a friend.
  • A partner sends a text.
  • A form comes in at 10pm.
  • Someone calls while you are with a client.
  • A prospect says, "Circle back after the holidays."

Each one is worth money. Each one depends on someone remembering.

Business Operations closes the gap between interest and revenue, and connects follow-up to the tools, the people, the data, and what the owner can see.

What I help Aventura owners fix

The work is practical: cleaner records, clearer ownership, faster follow-up, and reporting the owner can trust.

Speed to lead

Every inquiry gets an owner and a clock.

I set up routing, reminders, and escalation, so a referral text gets the same speed as a web form and nothing waits for someone to notice it.

See a speed-to-lead build ->

CRM cleanup

If the team does not trust the CRM, they work around it.

I clean stages, fields, sources, duplicates, and ownership, so the CRM shows what is actually happening.

Dashboards and owner visibility

One view of leads, deals, sources, follow-up, and revenue.

No digging through five tools to find out what happened this week.

Automations with a human check

Tasks, reminders, alerts, and follow-up should run on their own.

A person stays at the points where a mistake would cost money.

SOPs and handoffs

What lives in your head gets written down, assigned, and trained.

The team stops asking you what to do next, and new hires ramp without shadowing you for a month.

Who this is for

This is for owners and teams who can feel the drag but need the problem named clearly enough to fix.

  • Referrals are our best leads, and we still lose track of them.
  • I do not trust our CRM.
  • Every question still comes back to me.
  • We added tools, and now nothing talks to each other.
  • I want to hire, but the work is not written down.
  • I need to see the business without digging for it.

How many businesses here use AI

In Florida, 27% of businesses said they used AI in the last two weeks (reference period September 21 to October 4, 2026), compared with 25% nationally. The average of the last six two-week periods was 27%. The Census Bureau publishes this by state, not by county.

Sources: U.S. Census Bureau, County Business Patterns 2023 (employer establishments: business locations with paid employees. Not companies; self-employed people with no employees are not counted.) and the Business Trends and Outlook Survey, state-level estimates for the two weeks ending October 4, 2026 (reference period September 21, 2026 to October 4, 2026, published October 22, 2026). The survey asked: "In the last two weeks, did this business use Super Intelligence or SI (formerly referred to as Artificial Intelligence or AI) in any of its business functions?" Figures were retrieved November 2, 2026 and summed across the counties listed; all other numbers are the Census Bureau's.

Aventura questions, answered

Are you based in Aventura?

Yes. My home office is in Aventura, and OpsPal, the studio I founded, is based here too. I work with owner-led businesses from Sunny Isles Beach and North Miami Beach to Hallandale Beach and Hollywood. Most of the work runs remotely, and I meet clients in person across South Florida when being in the room helps, for example to map a team’s workflow or train managers.

What does a business operations consultant do for an Aventura business?

I find where leads, work, and money slip between people and tools, then build the system that stops it: faster lead follow-up, a CRM the team trusts, clean data, dashboards, automations for repeat work, and clear ownership. In many Aventura businesses, from professional services to real estate and healthcare, the owner is still the operating system. The work is getting them out of that role.

Can you build the CRM, website, or app too?

Yes. I diagnose and design, and the OpsPal team builds. That covers CRMs and Salesforce, lead routing and scoring, phone and texting integrations, client portals, websites built to capture leads, and mobile apps. You work with one team from diagnosis to launch, and your staff is trained to run what gets built.

Do you work with healthcare and staffing firms in South Florida?

Yes. I am currently building the website, intake forms, and 60-second lead alerts for Soko Healthcare, a South Florida nurse recruitment firm. Staffing businesses serve two sides, facilities and candidates, and both need fast, structured intake and follow-up. The same approach works for clinics, home health agencies, and other service businesses with two audiences.

How fast should a business respond to a new lead?

Within minutes, not hours. In most service businesses, the first company to call back gets the conversation. I set up routing that assigns every new inquiry to an owner, a response clock that escalates when nobody acts, and automatic follow-up that pauses when the lead replies. The owner gets one view of what came in and what happened next.

How many employer businesses are there in Aventura?

Miami-Dade and Broward counties had 166,585 employer establishments in 2023, according to the U.S. Census Bureau's County Business Patterns. 48,442 had 5 to 99 employees and 115,346 had fewer than five. An establishment is one business location with paid employees, so a company with several locations counts more than once.

Which industries have the most employer businesses in Aventura?

By number of employer establishments in 2023, the largest sectors in Miami-Dade and Broward counties were Professional, scientific, and technical services (30,231), Health care and social assistance (19,149), and Retail trade (18,062), according to the U.S. Census Bureau's County Business Patterns.

How many businesses near Aventura use AI?
